    Alex Ramirez

    Alex Ramirez, attorney-at-law, originally hails from the Midwest where he graduated from Northwestern University School of Law in 1999. Since then, he has practiced law with both international and boutique law firms and has provided counsel to local, regional, national and international clients with respect to the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and sale of multi-state, multi-family portfolios, shopping centers, as well as distribution and manufacturing facilities.

    His law practice focuses on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions and other business transactions for both established and emerging companies, as well as individual investors. He is retained frequently by law firms to assist their clients with transactional matters. Mr. Ramirez is admitted to the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Nevada.

    Having practiced real estate law at highly regarded law firms in California and New York, Mr. Brooks brings with him a wealth of real estate knowledge and experience. He has significant experience representing purchasers, sellers, landlords and tenants in connection with the acquisition, disposition and leasing of real property interests. In addition, Mr. Brooks has experience representing private and institutional investors and owners and developers in connection with the development and financing of commercial real estate properties.
